damaged or defective

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as it should be, email hello@stoaplates.com a photo of the problem and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll produce and ship a replacement free of charge — you don't return anything, and you keep the original. That's the whole process.

changed your mind

Every print is produced individually for your order, but we still take returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a refund.

• Email hello@stoaplates.com with your order number to start a return — we'll send you the return address.
• You pay return shipping. We recommend the original packaging (or equivalent rigid protection) and a tracked service.
• The item must arrive back undamaged. Prints that come back creased, marked, or otherwise unsellable can't be refunded.
• Once the return arrives and checks out, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within five business days.

exchanges

The fastest exchange is a return plus a new order — refunds go out as soon as the return arrives, so the two don't need to wait on each other.
